Very professional. I needed my walk-in shower remodeled. It was old and dated and the walls were soft with water damage. They came in and did their magic and now my shower is unrecognizable!!

Expect to pay an expert level premium for at best amateur craftsmanship. Be prepared to be 100% explicit about your expectations up front, because we were never provided with a mock-up or design to approve. We cancelled the other half of our project because we were unsatisfied with how the first railing turned out. We were initially told that we would still have to pay over 70% ($948) of the quoted price ($1292) for half the work, done poorly at that. When asked to remedy the situation, Ace responded over a week later that in order to redo the railing, we would have to pay for another full day’s worth of labor. We ended up paying $643 for one railing after several days worth of negotiation. Would not recommend, especially not for any aging in place services. I’m just thankful I was able to advocate on my grandmother’s behalf because I could easily see other seniors being taken advantage of.

Holden from Ace Handyman Services Charlotte/Concord did a great job at installing my new bathroom faucet, painting and replacing my light fixture. He was very kind and but most importantly was in and out in no time without leaving a mess behind. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service was amazing and reasonably priced. They came out to fix the leak under my kitchen cabinet, but noticed the water damage that I could not see. They took pictures for me and were very honest and fixed it right away! Will definitely call again when I need something repaired.

I needed some work done on the roof of my barn. I found this Ace Handyman service and was not disappointed! I called and they responded promptly. They completed the job quickly and were friendly when I was around. Definitely calling them again next time I have a problem.
